RouteCTRL for Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM and BC features a flexible licensing model with a core license alongside optional add-ons to customize functionality to your needs.

Last Mile & Fleet Operations
Enables end-to-end last-mile transport and fleet operations, integrating delivery, pickup, returns, dispatch, compliance, monitoring, live tracking, and proof of delivery. Licensed per environment, with a minimum of 5 vehicle licenses.
Field Service
Supports service-based operations for installation, repair, or maintenance. Enables scheduling, dispatching, and job tracking directly within Dynamics 365. Licensed per environment.
Last-Mile & Fleet Vehicle
Provides vehicle operational capacity for Last Mile & Fleet Operations. Licensed per vehicle, with a minimum of 5 vehicle licenses, each including 1 Operator App License.
Operator App
Mobile access for operators and technicians to manage routes, tasks, proof of delivery, compliance, and other activities.
Customer Portal
Allows customers and partners to access real-time delivery tracking, order management, and service updates, without direct access to Dynamics 365. Includes Shipment Tracker and Order Connect (B2B).
Command Center
A browser-based dashboard for dispatchers and operational stakeholders, providing live visibility into active routes and assets. This is licensed per user.
Multi-Channel Notifications
This feature enables configurable outbound notifications across multiple channels, including BYO Email, SMS, WhatsApp and Outbound Webhooks.
